We know how valuable your time is and in an effort to make life easier, patients are now able to securely pay their hospital bills on line. In addition, you may make payment arrangements, as well as update your personal profile and insurance information at www.MontroseHospital.com. The most comprehensive way to see all of your health and billing information is to enroll at the MMH Patient Portal and you can view your test results, total charges, payments, adjustments, current balances and more.
It is very easy to sign up for the Patient Portal and you can access the Portal on your schedule, at home, on vacation or at another medical office. Go to www.MontroseHospital.com and click on the Patient Portal tab. After you are registered for the Patient Portal, you will receive an email with a one-time user name and password to log in with. Once you are logged into the portal you will be able to view, print and download your health summary, hospital visit history, upcoming hospital appointments, laboratory results, radiology reports, bills, and care provider reports.
The Patient Portal is a secure online website that gives you convenient 24-hour access to portions of your MMH Medical Record. The information on the Patient Portal only comes from your MMH Electronic Health Record and will not include office records from your physician or other care providers.
People have asked, “Is my information safe?” The answer is yes! Patient Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so they cannot be copied and pasted. You are the only one who has access to your Portal. We also have a timeout feature that protects your information if you leave the Portal page open.
If you would like, you can give family members access to your Portal. After you give permission, your parents, children or healthcare proxy will be able to see your hospital information. In order for this to happen, you must fill out the Proxy Request form at Montrose Memorial Hospital which requires a signed consent from you. You will need to come into the hospital to receive this form from our Medical Records department.
If you have any further questions, or would like to learn more about the new MMH Patient Portal please contact Patient Portal Support at email@example.com or stop by the hospital. We are happy to help you sign up. During regular business hours, you can stop by the Medical Records desk by admissions/registration and someone will be happy to show you how it works.
