Joint Commission Announcement: The following information is provided as a requirement for participation in the Joint Commission accreditation process and applies to all employees, allied health and medical staff members:
The safety of our patients is important to us. If you feel that the quality of care or patient safety is being impacted adversely in any way, report your concerns to your supervisor, the Director of Quality Management at 240-7351, and/or the Chief of the Medical Staff immediately. If you do not feel that your concerns are addressed adequately you may contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations at 1-800-994-6610 to report your concerns.
No disciplinary action of any form will be taken in regard to the reporting of safety or quality of care concerns.
