Knock Out Parkinson’s

Give Parkinson’s a Punch with Montrose’s Medically Supervised Boxing Program

According to multiple studies, participants who consistently participate in non-contact boxing programs may experience improvements in Parkinson’s-related symptoms.

Our program is designed and monitored by our highly trained exercise professionals, making it the safest program for people with Parkinson’s disease. Participants do not punch each other; participants employ boxing sequences, punching bags and personal mit striking training sequences.

Expected benefits may include improved coordination, balance, agility, power, balance, hand-eye coordination, and reaction time.

Participants in similar programs have noted enhanced feelings of wellness and an improved quality of life as they are empowered to better manage their symptoms.
