Prenatal Classes -  Prenatal Classes are offered on the third Saturday of the month.  They include information on pregnancy, breathing, relaxation, labor process, childbirth choices, cesarean section, postpartum care, newborn are and breastfeeding

Class Times -  Classes are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with a one hour break for lunch on your own.  Snacks are provided.  Please bring a pillow for the breathing and relaxation portion of the class.

Class Cost - The cost of the class is $40.00 per couple. Scholarships are available upon request.
