Hospital Payment Assistance Program SB 12-134 Montrose Memorial Hospital Financial Assistance Policy Montrose Memorial Hospital is a CICP (Colorado Indigent Care Program) Provider and currently sees patients from all Colorado Counties and covers patients for all non-elective services under its scope of participation with CICP. For patients who are uninsured and receive services outside of the guidelines of CICP, the hospital has an in-house charity care program which provides discounts for applicants who are up to 400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. What does that mean to you? For the period April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013, a family of 6 could make up to $77425 and be eligible for CICP or $123880 and be eligible for our in-house charity program (MISS, Montrose Indigent Sliding Scale) Our financial assistance is available to patients with or without insurance.
