Occupational Health Program

The Occupational Health Program (OHP) at Montrose Memorial Hospital offers a variety of services to assist employers in the prevention and management of injuries in the workplace.  The OHP also provides health services and assistance in meeting OSHA guidelines.

The scope of services includes:

  • Pre-employment screens
  • Post Offer Pre-placement Testing
  • Functional Capacity Evaluations
  • Physical Work Capacity Testing
  • Work Conditioning Programs
  • Audiometry Screens
  • Spirometry Testing
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Testing
  • Drug Testing
  • Laboratory Testing
  • Employee Assistance Programs

The OHP also provides worksite programs:

  • Worksite Consultations
  • Risk Assessment/Surveys
  • Job Analysis
  • Ergonomic Evaluations
  • Physical Work Capacity Testing
  • Participation in Early Return to Work Programs
  • Participation in Safety Committee Meetings
  • Injury and Illness Prevention Training
  • Participation in Employee Wellness Programs
