Natalie has specialized in adult fitness for 10 years and received her degree in Exercise Science in 2003 from Colorado State University. She received her Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification and Cancer Exercise Trainer certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Natalie enjoys educating and motivating adults to adopt a safe and effective exercise program.
Susan obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Master of Science in Physical Education degrees from Texas A & M University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She is a registered nurse who has spent the majority of her nursing career caring for patients with heart related disorders. She began her career in the Coronary Care Unit at MMH, and then spent 14 years in the Cardiac Catheter Lab until moving to her current position in Cardiopulmonary Rehab. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, bike riding, and gardening.
