Hustle for Hope
Mountain View Therapy at MMH offers an amazing, evidence-based program structured to safely help cancer patients with movement and improve quality of life. “Hustle for Hope” gives you support with a small group of peers in an exercise program focused on your unique situation, strengths, weaknesses, and cancer recovery goals. Our certified Cancer Exercise Trainer will be there with you through each step of the program to ensure you achieve your goals.
On the Move
Mountain View Therapy at MMH offers some amazing, evidence-based programs structured to fit your needs and keep you moving. In our “On the Move” program, you’ll learn from a certified exercise physiologist to identify your strengths and weaknesses, address areas of concern with a professional, and overcome any challenges with an exercise plan that works for you.
Knock Out Parkinson’s
Mountain View Therapy at MMH offers an amazing, evidence-based, non-contact program structured to safely help those with Parkinson’s improve coordination, balance, agility, power, hand-eye coordination, and reaction time. In a small group setting, you can train with exercise professionals to enhance feelings of wellness, improve your quality of life, and be empowered to manage your Parkinson’s-related symptoms.
