MONTROSE, CO – Effective Monday, May 4, Montrose Memorial Hospital (MMH) will return outpatient lab procedures to MMH Main Campus to better serve patients.
The hospital is continuing extra precautions for patient and visitor safety, including limiting visitors and requiring each person to wear a mask upon entry.
Outpatient lab procedures have traditionally been performed on-site at MMH – however with the emergence of COVID-19 in Montrose county, MMH temporarily moved these services offsite out of an abundance of caution.
If your doctor instructs you to receive your labs from Montrose Memorial Hospital, please visit Montrose Memorial Hospital at 800 S. 3rd St. Examples of outpatient lab procedures include weekly “INR” draws for patients on blood thinners, thyroid tests, Complete Blood Count tests, and other blood tests ordered by your provider.
