All of the information in the Portal comes from your Montrose Memorial Hospital Electronic Health Record.

If you have not received a logon ID, you will need to stop by medical records and register for the portal. Or you can use the self enrollment button above to register; You will need to have your Medical Record# and a current email address on file with the hospital.

You will receive an email regarding new activity on your patient portal account. Results and reports will be available 36 hours after completion.
Yes. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Portal page open.
